SOPERA offers a complete training program, enabling users and developers to acquire consolidated practical knowledge as quickly as possible. Topics range from SOPERA basics right through to specialized development and administration issues. Training is conducted using a didactically-designed modular concept. Developer Training

Within the framework of the SOPERA Developer Trainings participants will be given an overview of the SOPERA architecture. Furthermore, in the course of this seminar, participants learn about the fundamental concepts involved in programming with SOPERA.

Target audience:
Java developers and IT architect

Prerequisites:
Java 2EE, J2SE, Eclipse; JBoss Application Server; The seminar may also be taken as an introductory SOPERA course. It does not require prior attendance at any other SOPERA courses.

Training objectives:
After attending this seminar, the attendee will be able to use SOPERA ToolSuite to develop services, and deploy and test them on a JBoss application server and will also gain an overview of SOPERA architecture.

    • Compiling simple policies for testing
    • Building, deploying and configuring service participants on a JBoss Application Server
  • Practical example
    • Specific Labs for compiling a simple service, implementing a provider and a consumer, plus basic administration within a SOPERA infrastructure assisted by SOPERA ToolSuite.

Price (exclusive of 19% VAT):
€ 1.000 per participant at SOPERA premises in Bonn.
Alternatively: € 5.700 per on-site training at your company premises (max. 8 participants).

Participation requirements:
Please bring your own laptop. It should be equipped with:
1.5 GHz CPU, 6 GB available space on hard drive, 2 GB RAM, DVD (ROM) drive, Windows XP.
You must have the administration rights for the system.
