Trademarks and Logos. You acknowledge and agree as between you and SOPERA that SOPERA owns SOPERA trademarks and logos and other related brand designations and you have no right to use, or remove or efface from SOPERA, any of the SOPERA´s Marks. All goodwill associated with the SOPERA Marks inures to SOPERA's benefit.
Preface
These SOPERA Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements (“Usage Requirements") set forth SOPERA´s rules for using or referring to SOPERA´s brands, trademarks, product and service names, logos and slogans. They apply to all SOPERA organizations and to SOPERA resellers, developers, customers, advertising agencies, consultants, professional writers and editors, licensees and other third parties making reference to SOPERA trademarks. SOPERA reserves the right to modify these Usage Requirements as it deems necessary or appropriate, including by written agreement or license with third parties.
